Can I get a grant for a new Gas Boiler

To be eligible for the grant, the property must have been built prior to 2006. Buildings that were erected after this date should have been built in compliance with newer regulations that make them intrinsically more energy efficient.

Any installation must be completed by an SEAI registered contractor such as Assured heating Solutions. Our team of professional engineers will attend to your needs and make sure everything is installed correctly, safe, and in compliance with current legislation.

The Heating Controls Grant from SEAI allows for the installation of new and improved heating controls to your home. The installation may be fully funded or part-funded and will include controls that feature a 7-day heating timer that allows you to choose the day and time that the heating will be active.

This accommodates for modern working patterns and allows a level of pre-planning for your energy usage. The grant is worth up to €700 and can reduce your energy usage by up to 20% – a significant saving over a number of years.
